| Description |
This course provides complete instruction on how to configure your laptop or remote computer to access Domino Servers at your company, either through Windows Dial-Up Networking or Notes Direct Dial-Up.
You will configure your computer to send and receive mail and replicate database changes. An important database you will replicate is the Mobile Directory Catalog, which allows you to address mail to other people in your company.
This course also provides instruction on how to access your Internet mail and read Newsgroups from your Internet Service Provider. |
|
| Course Goals |
In this course, you will learn how to:
- configure Windows Dial-Up Networking to dial your company Network or your Internet Service Provider

| Course Overview |
This course guides you as you experience the most widely used Notes features. It does not, however, delve into the details of how Notes works, how to develop applications, or administer Notes servers.
The procedures in this course are clearly outlined in step-by-step tables. You may find, however, that some procedures leave you hanging in a dialog box for you to figure out yourself. Take this time to investigate all the options, and when you are done, be sure to close the dialog box before continuing.
Feel free to experiment as you learn to navigate through Notes. You may just find a faster way to transform the way you work!
