| Description |
During this course you will thoroughly explore the most commonly used Lotus Notes® features and learn how to support your customers who use those features. You will also go beyond "the basics" to utilize features inaccessible to users in previous releases of Notes, including building private views of data, constructing folders to organize documents, using your calendar to schedule meetings, and creating mail agents to automate message handling. You will also be introduced to the World Wide Web and how the Notes Client Browser can be used to collect information from the Internet.
This course includes the entire content of the User Essentials course plus goes deeper in many areas where it is important for help desk and field service personnel to understand user support issues. |
